TVShowManiacs — privacy & credits

TVShowManiacs is a free, personal project to track the series and movies you watch. This page explains what is stored and where.

What we store

• Your account: the email address and name provided by Google when you sign in, and a username you choose.
• Your lists: the shows and movies you add, which episodes you mark as watched and when, your watchlist, and your settings (region, language).
• Follows: which members you follow and who follows you.

Nothing else. No ads, no trackers, no analytics beyond basic server logs, and your data is never sold.

Who can see it

Your profile is private by default. If you switch it to public in Settings, other signed-in members can see your username, your lists and your progress, and follow you. You can switch back at any time.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the European Union. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth with Google. The site is served by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can export everything as a JSON file from Settings at any time, and delete your account and all its data with one click in Settings. Questions: guedouaromar@gmail.com.

Show, movie, people, ratings and poster data: The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Where-to-watch data is provided by JustWatch via TMDB.

IMDb ratings, when shown: OMDb API.
